The first thing we had to do was decide where to go in Mexico. I immediately decided on Cozumel, Mexico. I had heard a ton of amazing things and knew it would be the perfect place. But who was going to research hotels/flights/etc. Well, enter my best friend Kaleigh. She became our travel agent and scoured the internet to find us the best deal. And boy did she find us an amazing place for a really good deal. At the end of March, rooms were booked, flights were purchased, and the dreams of paradise began! (If you need a travel agent, just ask me for her info. She's really cheap. All I had to do was pay her a $5 fee!!!!!)
June 19th finally arrived! After waking up at the crack of dawn and flying from Austin to Dallas, I met up with Kaleigh, Rachel, and Liz at DFW. Adios USA!
We arrived in Cozumel and I couldn't believe how easy it was to go through Customs/Immigration. It literally took us about 20 minutes to get from the plane and into our taxi headed to our hotel.
Now for the good stuff... our amazing hotel, Cozumel Palace! I cannot tell you enough good stuff about this place. It was incredible. I mean just look at this view from our balcony!
I honestly could go on and on and on about this place. But I'll spare you and just give you some highlights.
The Food/Drinks: This is an all-inclusive resort. When we checked in, we got wristbands and that allowed us to get into any of the four restuarants and get as many drinks as we wanted from the bars. The food was incredible. On our last night, we went all out and had some amazing wine and appetizers.

The rooms: Y'all, our room had the best view. We had an ocean view with a hammock on our balcony. We also overlooked the wedding terrace and was able to witness 3 weddings. You better believe that I was creeping on them! (weird, I know) We also had a giant bathtub in the middle of our room. Someone (Kaleigh) made that her bed for 3 nights and housekeeping even made it for her!
